Make sure you’re getting the most out of your beauty regimen and getting out the door on time with these five easy tips that will change everything!

1. Wrap your hair in a microfiber towel post-shower.
The microfiber absorbs water through osmosis, wicking it away. Normally, 80% of your blow-dry time is spent removing the water from your hair, but this simple step will speed up the process and get you out the door on time!

2. Contour your cheeks using the “three” technique.
This quick trick will help contour your cheekbones without having to worry about highlights and lowlights. Swirl your brush over your bronzer and starting along your hairline, begin tracing the number 3 on the right side of your face. Move the brush from your hairline, down along the perimeter of your face, back in under your cheekbone, and then back out to swipe it under your jawbone and ending at your cheek. Repeat this step with a backwards 3 on the left side and voila!

3. Braid your hair the night before.
Separate slightly damp hair and braid it into two braids for loose waves, four for medium waves, or six if you want tight waves. Then get some sleep! When you wake up rested, hit your hair with some heat —  blow dry or run a flat iron over it. Unravel each braid, top it off with some hairspray, and you’re out the door!

4. Use a cleansing conditioner.
Instead of using both shampoo and conditioner, try a cleansing conditioner. You’ll get smooth, healthy hair in half the time!!

5. Dry shampoo is your friend!
Don’t have time to wash your hair? Give your strands a break and opt for the dry shampoo. Lift hair at the roots, spray from underneath, and then comb through with your fingers. The dry shampoo will absorb any excess oil in your hair and give it some volume.
