Ever feel like your legs need a good stretch from too much sitting or ridin’ in the car? Well, here are 3 quick stretches that will make you feel better in no time!
Curbside Stretch
Stand on a curb or a step and let your heels drop, count to 10 and then stand flat. Repeat 10 times.
You can also alternate legs and let only one heel drop at a time for an even deeper stretch.
Cross-Leg Stretch
Step One: Cross your legs. Touch your toes and hold for 10 seconds.
Step Two: Change the foot that is crossed in front to the other foot. Repeat, alternating feet 3 times on each side.
Tiptoe Stretch
Stand flat and then lift heels, count to 5 and then drop them back to the ground. Repeat 10 times.
