Back in 2011 television producer Sophia Rossi teamed up with writer Molly McAleer and singer and actress Zooey Deschanel to create an online space for women of all ages. Their brainchild was HelloGiggles.com, an online community seeking to provide a safe and empowering site where all women can share. After years of producing shows such as Glee, The Hills and The City, Sophia decided to spend her time focusing on the website. Now, four years later, not only has HelloGiggles expanded to teens and topics of all kinds, but Sophia has also written a YA novel, A Tale of Two Besties. With a long list of celebrity BFFs such as Nicole Richie and Zooey Deschanel and her love of friendship novels like the Sweet Valley High series, Sophia quickly became one of our fave new authors.
