Step 1. Select a coppery or bronzy shadow several shades darker than what you’re sporting during the day. Tip: To get more bang for your buck, grab a palette that has both dark and light shadows. One for day and one for night.

Step 2. Dab an eyeshadow brush into the dark shadow and tap to remove excess — less is more!

Step 3. Apply shadow to the outer crease of the eye.

Step 4. Highlight the browbone by sweeping on a shimmery

shade. Blend. Then use an angled brush to apply a little of the shimmery shade under the bottom lashes.

Step 5. Finish with liner and a fresh coat of mascara.

Step 1. Sweep on a light taupe with a little bit of shimmer in the outer corner of your lid as well as the inner corner, leaving the center of your lid bare. Tip: Choose a lighter or darker shade of taupe or brown based on your skin color.

Step 2. Use a light, more matte shadow above the shimmer shade, along your browbone, and blend well.

Step 3. Highlight the center of your lid with a champagne shadow.

Step 4. Lightly use a shadow brush to blend the shadow across the entire lid to avoid any harsh lines and evenly distribute color.

Step 5. Finish with a few coats of volumizing mascara.
